Shipping & Returns Policy

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has been shipped. In case of high volume of orders or postal service problems that are outside of our control, customers might experience delays. In case of doubt, please do not hesitate to contact us at info@studioannagalli.com.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout, based on the weight of the product and the postal service of your choice.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

For domestic delivery, customers can choose between:

Posta 1

This service is provided by Poste italiane and it is our cheapest solution. Most (80%) envelopes are delivered within 1-2 business days after shipping. Confirm of delivery is available.

Poste delivery standard (Parcel delivery)

It is our choice for heavier shipments. This service is provided by Poste italiane for parcels up to 20 kg. Delivery is expected within 4 business days and tracking is available. 

Courier

Courier delivery (usually SDA) is our fastest and safest option. Delivery is guaranteed within 48/72 hours. Tracking is available. 

International Shipping

We offer international shipping worldwide. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. If our system is unable to provide you with an estimate for the shipping charges, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Several shipping options are available to our customers

Posta priority

This service is provided by Poste italiane and it is our cheapest solution. Tracking is not available. We have already used it many times and it proves to be quick and efficient.

Please keep in mind that due to the absence of the tracking option we have no possibility to help the search if any delay or shipping problem occurs, so no refund is available.

Registered mail

This service is provided by Poste italiane and it is a safer shipping option. Tracking is provided on Italian territory as far as the border, for most (but not all) of the countries. Delivery times depend on destination.

Posta delivery standard

It is our choice for heavier shipments. This service is provided by Poste italiane for parcels up to 30 kg. Delivery time can vary depending on the destination country. Tracking is available. 

UPS Courier delivery

For UK only (and other European countries on request) it is our fastest and safest option for international delivery. Delivery is guaranteed within 48/72 hours, depending on destination. Tracking is available.

Bulk order shipping

For bulk orders, customers are kindly requested to contact us at info@studioannagalli.com and a special shipping will be arranged according to their needs and to the amount of product, using the delivery method of their choice.

Customs

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Studio Anna Galli is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer. Please contact us for further elucidations.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status, if your shipping choice includes tracking. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 30 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@studioannagalli.com with your name and order number, and we will be happy to look into it for you.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We accept returns up to 15 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return and minus the fees charged by the payment system. 

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@studioannagalli.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
